About

Ever since I was little I have liked those little cars. I could always tell the difference between a die cast knock-off and a true Hot Wheels car. They rolled the best, had the best paint jobs, and had the coolest designs. When I went to the store I would search the shelves for my “dream” car. My “dream” car was always the Dodge Viper. Never really knew why I liked the Dodge Viper, it just seemed like it was every where when I was growing up.

Hot Wheels has so many different lines of cars, even lines dedicated to collectors, but my favorite is the basic Hot Wheels single car bubble pack. There is nothing like going to a store and finding a shelf full of cars. You never know what you will find.

I don’t buy Hot Wheels to resell them, I don’t stalk the stores daily or bug employees about when they will get new stock in. I simply collect them because it has been something that I have liked since I was a kid. I will admit, if I find myself in a store I will take a few minutes to look at what they have on the shelves. I know a lot of people out there think it is weird that adults collect Hot Wheels and we should leave them to kids to buy, but aren’t we all kids inside? Everyone should have a hobby, my hobby simply hasn’t changed since I was little.

Why a blog?

Why did I create this blog? Well, I wanted a place where I can post pictures, and lists of Hot Wheels I own and would like to own. If you have gotten this far, I hope you enjoy it as well.
